Here in Cornwall we have access to over 150 beaches and coves, ranging from rocky cliff nooks to huge expanses of golden sand along the Atlantic coast. At our North Cornwall Holiday Park you are ideally located with easy access to a number of popular beaches.

Polzeath Beach (15 miles)

This award-winning beach in Cornwall attracts waves of surfers due to its easily accessible location and long slow breaking waves. It’s not just the surfers enjoying the waves, the occasional dolphin and seal can be seen riding the swell. This beach in Cornwall is well equipped with shops, cafes and pubs, making it a great option for the whole family.

Ideally located in the center of Newquay, Towan Beach is nestled against the town's harbour, making it an ideal visit on your day out in Newquay. Perhaps the beaches most iconic feature is ‘The Island’. A tall stack of rock on the eastern side of the beach topped by a home built in 1901 which can be reached by a bridge connecting the stack to the headland.

A great stretch of sand bordered by sand dunes. This beach is slightly further afield from its neighbours, Rock and Polzeath which does create a more seclude feel. At the South end of the beach you will find the grassy mound of Breay Hill, climb to the top for some impressive views!

Located on the Eastern shore of the Camel Estuary, the beach is located just across the river from Padstow. The beach here is a long stretch of golden sand which follows the Estuary towards the coast, backed by sand dunes and behind these is the prestigious St Enodoc Golf Club.

Often considered one of the best family beaches in Cornwall, Harlyn Bay is a wide and spacious beach, made up of a mix of sand and pebble. With plenty of rock pools to explore the little ones will love this pick. The bay is also popular with novice surfers, learning to master the waves.

With a reputation as one of the best surfing beaches in Cornwall, Constantine bay is a beach lovers paradise of soft pale sand and turquoise waters. At low the beach is connects to Bobby’s Bay, creating more than half a mile of golden sand to enjoy, with plenty of room for picnics and games.

Tregirls Beach (15.5 miles)

The wide sandy beach looks over the mouth of the Camel Estuary, backed by sand dunes and sitting in the shelter of Stepper Point. Tregirls beach is lovely and sheltered from the breeze. Considering the proximity to the bustling resort of Padstow, the beach remains relatively quiet.
